Spasso just opened on Hudson Street in the West Village, on the corner where Alfama used to be.The partners cut their teeth at L’Artusi and Convivio, and envision a casual spot with house wines on tap, regional selections, pastas of course, and how about roasted poussin with winter pazanella. The restaurant officially opened on December 29th.
